Carnaval de Ayora
The Ayora Carnaval takes place during the week of Ash Wednesday. This year Carnaval will be celebrated from 25th of February to 5th of March. We will take you there on Friday 04/03 because this day is the most important day of the Carnaval, it’s called “Burial of the sardine”. On this day most of the young and not so young people of the town take to the streets in costume accompanying the sardine.
Program:
18:30 Departure from Valencia
We will meet at 18:15 at AVENIDA ARAGON 31 (In front of Mestalla), we will start our trip at 18:30.
20:00 Arriving to Ayora
We will arrive to Ayora before 20:00. This time the famous Sardine act starts. Let’s party and 00:00 there will be very famous music band LA PATO.
01:30 Coming back home
Come back to Valencia at 01:30 in the morning. We will arrive around 3:30.
Food and drinks
Clothes: Bring warm and comfortable clothes because it can get cold.

Protocolo Coronavirus
In order to travel and enjoy safely we will have to follow these protocols to travel with VE / CoAcad. First of all, if you feel some symptoms like fever / cough / respiratory problem you should not participate to the trip. Use of a mask will be mandatory at all times on the bus. The bus will be sanitized before and after each service. Before boarding the bus, temperature control will be done. We will give you a disinfecting wipe so you can safely clean your seat. Do not print a ticket to avoid handling paper, show us the QR code on your mobile or just tell us your name and surname. During the guided tour everybody will wear the mask.

Cancellation policy:
If you cannot join the trip, the following conditions apply:
Until Monday (20:00): 100% devolución. (5 days before)
Until Tuesday (20:00): 80% devolución. (4 days before)
Until Wednesday (20:00): 70% Devolución (3 days before)
Until Thursday (20:00): 50% Devolución. (2 days before)
After Thursday, No devolución (1 day before)
These devolution doesn’t include the service fee.
Important info: We will always stay as a group, but if you want to explore on your own, it is possible. You will need to inform one of the organisers and be on time at the meeting places on the time of departures.
The weather is going to be good on the day of the trip. In case of bad weather, the Trip will be postponed/ cancelled or extra precautions will be taken. (In case you cannot join due to cancelation or postponement of the date, your money will be returned to you).
For every trip, there is always a minimum and a maximum number of participants.
