Hiking Castillo de Castro
Hello Hikers,
This time we are going for a hike to a beautiful Castillo de Castro. It is known as one of the most impressive routes in the Sierra Espadán in Spain. We will start our hike in Alfondeguilla and we will go to the castle walking in the cork oak forests. The castle is called Castrillo de Alfondeguilla. The castle is located on the crest of the Sierra de Espadán.
Program:
8:45
We will meet at 8:45 in front of Mestalla Stadium and leave at 9:00. Please, be there at time!
10:30 Arrival
Arriving to Alfondeguilla
11:00 Start of the hike
13:30 Lunch break on the top
Time for a lunch break on the top with amazing view
15:30/ 16:00 End the route
We will finish the trek around 15:00 and will go to the Cuevas de San José (optional)
16:00 Time for drinks / Caves
It’s up to you if you choose caves or drinks
18:00 Back to Valencia
We will go back to Valencia at 18:00
