How can you book the trip?
The situation we are now, we prefer if you book it online.
But if you can’t, go to the office from 9:00 to 14:00 (only with the pre-reserved appointment (send us an email) or at a language exchange meeting on Monday/Thursday in “Bigben”, Plaza Honduras 36 (19:30-22:00) and Tuesday in “Mercado San Valero”, Gran Via de les Germanies, 21 (19:30-22:00)

Protocolo Coronavirus VE
In order to travel and enjoy safely we will have to follow these protocols to travel with VE / CoAcad. First of all, if you feel some symptoms like fever / cough / respiratory problem you should not participate in the trip. Use of a mask will be mandatory at all times on the bus. The bus will be sanitized before and after each service. Before boarding the bus, temperature control will be done. We will give you a disinfecting wipe so you can safely clean your seat. Do not print a ticket to avoid handling paper, show us the QR code on your mobile or just tell us your name and surname. During the guided tour everybody will wear the mask.

We will always stay as a group, but if you want to explore on your own, it is possible. You will need to inform one of the organisers and be on time at the meeting places on the time of departure. The weather is going to be good on the day of the trip. In case of bad weather, the Trip will be postponed/ cancelled or extra precautions will be taken. (In case you cannot join due to cancelation or postponement of the date, your money will be returned to you). For every trip we have a minimum (50 pers.) and a maximum number of participants. Cancellation policy: In case of Emergency(illness, injury or force majeure) your money will be returned. In other cases, if you cannot join the trip, the following conditions apply: Until Monday (20:00): 100% devolución. (5 days before) Until Tuesday (20:00): 80% devolución. (4 days before) Until Wednesday (20:00): 70% Devolución (3 days before) Until Thursday (20:00): 50% Devolución. (2 days before) After Thursday, No devolución (1 day before) These devolution doesn’t include the service fee.
