On the top of the city, you will find the old castle of Peñiscola. You can enter and find some interesting pieces of the town’s history. Going up and up the castle, you will have an amazing view over the area. It is truly breathtaking!

Peñíscola is definately the city to fall in love with. This age-old city offers delicious gastronomy, incredible landscapes of the Mediterranean sea, mountains and medieval buildings.
This coastal town, located in the province of Castellón, Spain is known for it´s white-sanded beaches, historical landmarks and captivating old-town with white narrow alleys, gracefully appealing in the spanish sunshines.
Moreover, you can admire the biggest proud of Peñíscola, which is the medieval fortress castle, occupying an imposing rock. The construction reaches 64 m above sea level.
The beach of Peñíscola suppose to be one of the most beautiful ones in Spain. The reason is its white sand and lustrous blue sea surrounded by the impressive castle.
Coastal town become also popular due to serving as a filming location for one of the most watched series Game of Thrones and any other movies like “El Cid”.
In Peñíscola you may find the perfect mixture of the history, culture and nature beauty. However, our optional live Paella cooking and visit in craft beer will make this excursion even more interesting!
Program:
9:00 Departure from Valencia
We will meet at 8.45am in front of Mestalla stadium and leave at 9.00am. Please, be punctual!
11:00 Arrival to Peñíscola
We will arrive around 11.00 to Peñíscola. We will have guided tour of the historical town, both in spanish and in english. Rest of the time you can visit city and castle.
Paella cooking show and beer factory (optional activity)
After the guided tour we will go to visit “Badum” – craft beer factory with beer tastig. and have a possibility to see a Live paella cooking show. (It is an optional activity and has a cost of 15€ (Beer and paella included)
18:30 Back to Valencia
We will go back to Valencia!
PAELLA COOKING SHOW & CRAFT BEER FACTORY (Optional activity)
Do you fancy tasting special and locally-produced beers in one of the most beautiful coastal towns and take a part of live paella cooking show?
We will first see the premises i one of the biggest craft brewers in the Valencian Community. During the guided tour you have possibility to learni about the equipment and raw ingredients the brewery uses while making the many types of beer. In the next step we will move to the tasting room for a guided beer tasting. Discover how to properly serve the liquid, how to recognize the intricacies of each beer, and how they alter when various beers are consumed.
After the visit we will go to live paella cooking show, we will learn how paella is made and after ofcourse eat it and as the reward we will have peñiscola postre for free 
Beach material: Towel, bathing suit, sunscreen, some volleys, frisbees, etc..

We will go in the group, But if you want to visit them on your own, you can. You will just have to tell one of the organisers and be on time at the meeting places at the time of leaving.
Weather is going to be good on Sunday, in case if the weather is Bad, Trip will be postponed/ cancelled or extra precautions will have to be used. (In case of cancel and in case on the postponed date you can’t join; In both case your money will be returned to you)
Minimum participants are 50 and maximum 60.
Cancellation policy:
in case it is very big Emergency(force majeure or health reasons) your money will be returned.
In another case, if you can’t join the trip.
Until one week before, 100% refund. In form of money/voucher whatever you prefer. From one week until Thursday (of the same week): 100% only in form of voucher. After Thursday 20:00 NO REFUND
